ORDERING IS SIMPLE
Just email us with your job requirements: product name, quantity, colours, date required.
Artwork – your thoughts and ideas on artwork or please forward the files you have.
We will take it from there and take you through the order process with ease.

ARTWORK
We can design and work from any starting point, please email to discuss. Vector / Outline based logo and files always provide the best reproduction, if you don’t have these we can create them if required. If you are supplying artwork, please ask for a template for your chosen product we will provide everything you need for your artwork department to design to specification.

TURNAROUND TIMES
Artwork proofs – 1 Day (from your supplied files)
Artwork proofs – 1 to 2 Days (from your emailed ideas / sketches)
Production Express – Typically 3 to 5 Days (dependent on product and decoration method, max quantity / print colours apply)
Production Standard – 6 to 12 Days
Larger Orders of 10,000+ (please ask – dependent on product and decoration method)

DELIVERY
UK – Next Day
Highlands, Northern Ireland and ROI – 1 to 3 days
Europe – 3 to 7 days
USA – 1 week by Air, 2 to 3 weeks by Sea Freight

We always endeavour to have the quickest turn around possible.

Production times are from artwork approval and payment, turnaround is confirmed with quotations, and again at point of order / payment / artwork approval so your deadlines can be met – don’t worry once we know your required delivery date we keep a very close eye on it all the way through production to delivery to you (on time).
